Definitions

Personal Data – any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Processing – any operation or set of operations that is performed on Personal Data or a set of Personal Data.

Conditions applicable to the consent of minors in relation to information society services

In implementation of Article 8, paragraph 1, of the Regulations, the minor who has reached the age of fourteen can express consent to the processing of their personal data in relation to the direct offer of services of the information society.
